Summer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix and form into 4 loaves.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
Unwrap and place on cookie sheet or broiler pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool and slice thinly.
