Meatza Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    pinch of oregano
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix ground chuck, 1/2 cup cheese, bread crumbs, milk and garlic salt.
    Press into a 9-inch pan.
    Cover with tomato sauce and sprinkle with oregano.
    Spread mushrooms over top and add remaining grated cheese.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cut and serve in wedges.
    Serves 4 to 6.
