Chili Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pinto beans
5 c. tomatoes
3 or 4 chopped green peppers
4 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. margarine
2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. ground lean pork
1 small can chili powder
2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
Preparation

Combine cooked beans and tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Saute green peppers in salad oil for 5 minutes.
Add onions; cook until tender, stirring often.
Add garlic and parsley; melt butter and saute meat for 15 minutes.
Add meat to onion mixture; stir in chili powder and cook 10 minutes.
Add this to beans and then add spices.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Skim fat off top.
Flavor will improve if set in refrigerator overnight.
May be frozen indefinitely.
