Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck roast (about 3 lb.)
    1 envelope Lipton's onion-mushroom soup
Preparation
    Trim excess fat off roast.
    Rub meat on both sides with the soup mix.
    Line a roasting pan with enough heavy duty foil to make a tent.
    Place meat in pan and fold foil over, securing all edges to prevent steam from escaping.
    Place in oven and roast for about 2 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Leftovers may be used for sandwiches or soup.
