Just Good Fruit Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    4 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1 (16 oz.) can water
    1 (16 oz.) can frozen lemonade
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
Preparation
    Make a syrup by boiling water and sugar in large saucepan; add remaining ingredients except carbonated beverage.
    Mix well.
    Pour into freezer container and freeze.
    Before serving, allow to thaw to a slushy state.
    Add chilled carbonated beverage.
    Yield:
    50 to 60 servings.
