Jan'S Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 Tbsp. horseradish
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 to 2 lb. beef sirloin
    fresh vegetables (mushrooms, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, onion, peppers, etc.)
Preparation
    Mix first 10 ingredients and marinate beef for at least 3 hours. If using wood skewers, soak in water for 15 minutes before preparing kabobs. Grill 4 to 6-inches from coals for 8 to 10 minutes, turning twice.
