Porkie Pine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 to 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 eggs
    3 cans tomato sauce (small)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, using just one can of tomato sauce.
    Shape into balls.
    Mix 2 cans tomato sauce and 2 cans water in skillet and heat.
    Add the balls.
    Simmer for 30 to 35 minutes at 250\u00b0.
