Ingredients

3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
butter or margarine
Cool Whip or ice cream
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar by spoonfuls and continue beating.
Fold in baking powder, pecans, cracker crumbs and vanilla.
Pour into one buttered pie pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
