Chocolate Crackles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, unbeaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave in a large bowl. Add oil and sugar.
Blend. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each. Add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and stir into chocolate mixture. Add nuts. Chill several hours or overnight.
Shape into small balls. Roll in powdered sugar and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
