Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 can Carnation milk
5 to 6 potatoes
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
parsley flakes
Preparation

Slice peeled potatoes and add onion. Add just enough water to barely cover potatoes and onion. Cook until done. Mash potatoes in their juice. (Do not drain off water.) Add butter and milk; let simmer about 10 to 15 minutes more. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. If too thick, add a little water.
