Mary Ann'S Tomato, Onion, Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a jar; shake well.
    Into a large bowl, put a layer of tomatoes, a layer of cucumber and a layer of onion.
    Pour first 6 ingredients over this.
    Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
