Homey'S No Fuss Beef And Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (26 to 30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 (15 oz.) carton part skim Ricotta cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, fully thawed
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    10 uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Season beef with salt; stir in spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and red pepper.
    Set aside.
    In another bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese and egg.
    In a 13 x 9-inch or bigger pan, spread 2 cups beef sauce over bottom.
    Arrange 4 noodles lengthwise in single layer.
    Place noodles and press into sauce.
    Spread entire cheese mixture over noodles; sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese and top with 1 1/2 cups beef sauce.
    Be sure to cover all the noodles with sauce.
    Layer noodles and cheese and beef sauce!
    Cover noodles!
    Tent with foil.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Serve !
