Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 whole chicken breasts, split
    1 box frozen broccoli florets
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts in salted water with celery and onion pieces for 1 hour.
    Best to simmer.
    When done, strip meat from bones and cut into serving portions.
    Partially cook frozen broccoli.
    Butter bottom of baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter.
    Line bottom of dish with broccoli.
    On this, arrange deboned chicken.
    Mix together curry powder and lemon juice.
    Combine with cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise.
    Pour sauce over broccoli and chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serve over fluffy rice.
