Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. chopped bananas
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 8 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients, add eggs and oil, stir until moistened (do not beat).
Stir in vanilla, pineapple and pecans.
Add bananas.
Spoon into greased, floured cake pan (3 layers).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
