Susan'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled ripe tomatoes
    1 c. green peppers, chopped (optional)
    1 c. onion, chopped
    hot peppers to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped or garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    tomato paste to thicken
Preparation
    Put tomatoes in blender with hot peppers.
    Blend well.
    Stir in other ingredients and blend well together.
    This will keep in refrigerator 1 to 2 weeks.
    Or put in jars, seal and process. Pints or smaller jars for 15 minutes.
    Quart jars for 25 minutes.
