Raisin Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box (or 2 c.) seedless raisins
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar or 1 Tbsp. sugar substitute
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    pastry (enough for 10 or 12 pies or top and bottom for 2 pan pies)
Preparation
    Boil raisins in 1 3/4 cups water for 5 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch, cinnamon and sweetener with remaining water.
    Add to raisins, stirring until mixture boils.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vinegar and butter.
    Cool overnight for fried pies.
    Make pastry as biscuit dough.
