Thai Chicken Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    2 (3 lb.) broiler-fryers, cut up and skinned
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a heavy duty, zip-top plastic bag. Add chicken. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Bring marinade to a boil in a saucepan; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals. Place chicken on rack; grill, covered, 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done, turning and basting frequently with marinade.
