Fried Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, chopped spinach
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/4 c. water
bread crumbs (for rolling)
Preparation

Combine spinach with water, 1 egg, crumbs, onion, cheese and allspice.
Mix thoroughly.
Let stand 10 minutes. Shape balls. Combine remaining egg and water; blend well. Roll balls in crumbs, dip in egg mixture and again in crumbs.
Fry in hot fat (375\u00b0) until brown. Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
