Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small zucchini
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1(4 oz. bag) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In 9 x 13-inch baking dish, spread layer of stuffing (dry). Slice and cook zucchini and onion in boiling water until tender. Drain, mix in stewed tomatoes.
    Pour over bread stuffing mix.
    Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
