Different Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    melted butter or oleo
    salt (little)
    pepper (fresh ground)
    nutmeg (fresh ground)
    potatoes, well-scrubbed
    sour cream
    chives
Preparation
    Melt oleo in flat baking dish.
    Use just enough to cover bottom.
    Sprinkle pan with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Slice potatoes in half and place, cut side down, in dish.
    Lightly butter potato skin.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream and chives.
    Nutmeg is a must.
