Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/4 c. butter
    8 oz. pkg. cornbread dressing mix
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 carrot grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Skin desired amount of tomatoes. Place in quart jars with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar. Seal jars. Place jars on cookie sheet. Set oven to 250\u00b0, do not preheat oven. Turn oven off in 1 hour. Do not open oven door; leave tomatoes overnight.
