Sweet Griddle Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sifted flour
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add egg, milk and butter together.
Then mix into dry ingredients gradually and stir until smooth.
Cook.
Makes 11 (4-inch) cakes.
