Schnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    milk
    flour
    eggs
    Italian bread crumbs
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Pound chops with meat pounder.
    Take each chop and dip in milk, then flour and next in beaten eggs and lastly in bread crumbs.
    Deep fry (400\u00b0 to 475\u00b0), turning once, then drain.
    Put in warm oven on cookie sheet until all are done.
    Serve with lemon juice.
