Shipwreck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, sliced
1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 c. uncooked rice
3 large potatoes, sliced
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 can water
Preparation

Spread 2 tablespoons cooking oil in bottom of casserole. Arrange all ingredients in layers.
After potato layer, add salt to taste.
Spread kidney beans over potatoes.
Cover with soup and water.
Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
