Breakfast Casserole(From My Sister-In-Law, Linda Evans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish (9 x 12-inch cake dish).
    Refrigerate for 12 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
