Hamburger Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can peas and carrots, drained
1 envelope onion gravy mix
1/2 c. cold milk
1 1/3 c. mashed potato flakes
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In medium skillet, combine meat and gravy mix; cook over low heat until meat is done.
Drain off fat.
Make mashed potatoes by combining water, milk and salt.
Add potato flakes and stir with fork.
Pat meat along bottom and sides of skillet, like a crust. Spoon peas and carrots over crust.
Spread mashed potatoes over the top.
Cover and heat 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
