Ingredients

2 boxes instant coconut custard pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (slightly soft)
9 oz. Cool Whip
60 Ritz crackers
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine pudding mix and milk.
Add ice cream.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
