Hockenberry Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large potato
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 large can tomatoes
    salt, vary to taste
    pepper, vary to taste
    American cheese slices
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Dice onion and cook with ground meat until all meat is brown. Remove grease.
    Into casserole dish, slice very thinly the potato. Add meat and onion mixture.
    Sprinkle with uncooked rice.
    Add tomatoes (partially chopped).
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
