Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. (1/2 gal.) tomatoes
1/2 or 3/4 lb. diced onion (6 medium)
1 pt. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
Preparation
-
Peel and mash tomatoes.
Add all ingredients except sugar and cook until half done.
Add sugar and cook a little more.
