Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 can coconut
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, Crisco, oil, egg yolks and hot water; mix well.
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    Add to mixture.
    Add pineapple, nuts and coconut.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Start in cold oven.
