Green Beans And Potatoes With Swiss Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 can whole green beans (16 oz. can)
    1 c. boiled potatoes, diced
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. cornflake crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 slices bacon, fried and drained
Preparation
    Melt butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook until bubbly.
    Blend in milk.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in onion and sour cream until mixed.
    Mix sauce, drained green beans, potatoes and the Swiss cheese and turn into a buttered casserole.
    Combine cornflake crumbs, bacon and butter and spread on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
