Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped apples, peeled
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until light.
    Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Turn into a 9 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream.
