Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1 1/2 Tbsp. onion flakes or diced onion
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. tomato juice or 1 can tomato sauce
1 c. catsup
dash of pepper
Preparation

Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
If too juicy, add oatmeal, about 2 tablespoons.
It's best if you let it sit about 1 hour before you eat it.
