Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon together. Blend beaten eggs and sugar.
Add pumpkin and oil; blend well. Add flour mixture and nuts.
Make 1 large cake (tube or Bundt pan) or 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 60 minutes for large cake; about 50 minutes for loaf pans.
Frost if desired or pour glaze over top of warm cake.
