Blueberry Cake Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. margarine or Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. blueberries (frozen is okay)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, shortening and vanilla. Add milk. Slowly mix well. Add dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Mix blueberries in by hand. Batter will be thick. Fill paper lined cupcake muffin cups 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 until light brown on top and toothpick is clean, about 25 minutes.
    Makes 15 to 20 muffins.
