Country Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
    1 (8 oz.) shredded cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Cool; peel and dice.
    Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine.
    Mix all and put into a 9 x 12 x 13-inch casserole.
    Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Remove cover and let brown 10 minutes.
