Risotto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw rice
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. grated cheese
3 tsp. oleo
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. saffron (if powdered, use 1/4 tsp.)
Preparation

Cook raw rice and onion in oleo and olive oil until onion starts to color.
Add chicken broth to which saffron has been added.
Cook, covered, over low heat, stirring often, until broth is absorbed and rice is tender.
Stir in cheese and serve.
