Savory Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center cut pork chops
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 medium onion, sliced
    salt, pepper and onion salt to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Wash meat in cold water and pat dry. In small bowl, mix mustard, catsup and vinegar.
    Season chops with salt, pepper and onion salt.
    Place in shallow baking pan.
    Spread the mustard mixture over the chops.
    Cover the chops with onion rings.
    Bake, uncovered, in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
