Deep South Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Rinse chicken pieces; drain and pat dry.
    Combine Bisquick, salt, paprika and poultry seasoning.
    Dip chicken in evaporated milk.
    Coat well with Bisquick mixture.
    Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour melted butter over top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
