Oysters Rockefeller - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rock salt
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    3 Tbsp. minced green onion
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. chopped raw spinach
    2 Tbsp. Pernod
    1 tsp. dry celery powder
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    24 (1-inch) bacon pieces
    24 oysters on half shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Fill 4 (8-inch) pie pans with rock salt.
    Place 6 oysters on each plate; set aside.
    In heavy saucepan, heat 1/2 stick butter until foaming.
    Add onion and cook until onions clear.
    Stir in ingredients down to cayenne; add remaining butter.
    Mix well and simmer a couple of minutes.
    Spoon mixture evenly on oysters.
    Top each with bacon piece and bake 8 to 10 minutes or until bacon is done.
