Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets, cubed
    bread crumbs
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    Marsala wine
Preparation
    Cube cutlets.
    Dip in bread crumbs.
    Brown in margarine.
    Add 1 can chicken broth and mushrooms.
    Add Marsala wine to taste. Simmer covered 30 to 40 minutes, until mixture thickens.
