Apple And Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. pecans
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
Combine apples.
Add pecans and remaining dry ingredients to mixture.
Bake for 1 hour or longer at 300\u00b0.
Bake in a Bundt pan.
