Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. raisins
    unbaked 8-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, salt and spices.
    Mix well.
    Stir in sour cream and raisins.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Serve warm or chilled.
