Turkey Divan Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. turkey or chicken, cooked
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. dry vermouth (optional)
    1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained
    2 lb. broccoli spears, cut up and cooked
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese or Mozzarella
Preparation
    Cut turkey in thin pieces; set aside.
    In medium bowl, mix soup, sour cream, vermouth and mushrooms.
    Spread about 1/3 mushroom mixture in bottom of 12 x 8-inch dish.
    Arrange turkey pieces, overlapping slightly.
    Place broccoli on top.
    Spoon remaining mushroom sauce over broccoli.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
