Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. diced onion
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
3 eggs, well beaten

Preparation
