Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, separated
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. small kernel corn, drained
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and butter.
Sift first 4 ingredients.
Mix. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter mixture.
Add corn.
Bake in a greased frying pan over medium heat until golden on both sides.
