Apple Cake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. peeled cut-up apples
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Preparation

Put apples, sugar and oil in large mixing bowl.
Let stand a few minutes.
Add everything else.
Stir so everything is glued together.
