Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. fat-free plain yogurt
8 oz. fat-free Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken/mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
Preparation

Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients together. Put in a 9 x 13 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
