Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can Pillar Rock salmon
    1 egg
    2 pieces bread, soaked in water and drained
    1/2 onion, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. Progresso bread crumbs
Preparation
    Drain salmon; drain and mash.
    Add broken up bread that you soaked.
    Beat up eggs and add other seasonings and mix well.
    If too soft to roll, put cracker crumbs in a plate and take enough of mixture to make a ball and roll in crumbs to be firm.
    Fry in enough grease, turning it twice so it will be golden brown.
    Drain on brown paper.
    Makes 5 croquettes.
    Can be made into patty.
