Curried Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
cheese (optional)
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts in salt water until tender.
Drain.
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and place in bottom of a 1-quart casserole.
